East end Lions put Captain up for sale

    In a communication released to the public on December 7th, 2021, defending champion of the Sierra Leone premier league East end Lions football club have notified the public that their captain Yeami Dunia is available for acquisition. The press Statement disclosed that: as part of their restructuring and reorganization they wish to make the following players available for transfer to other clubs.

    Seven players’ names were listed as players available for business.

    Yeami Dunia’s name being placed in the list is in connection to a press statement he released that he wants to leave the club because he feels unsafe.

    Sources within Lions have disclosed to this writer that the league leader BO Rangers are locked in negotiations with East end Lions over their captain transfer to the elephant. It is accepted that the deal will be announced before Christmas.

    Yeami Dunia has been with East end Lions since he was released by FC. Johansen. He has had a successful spell with EELions. Winning league championship unbeaten and made several representations for the country National team’ Leone stars.

    Yeami Dunia is the captain for the home-based side of Leone Stars. Position he has held since coach John Kiester switched to national team coaching

    Other players put on sale are: John Caulker, Ibrahim Kabba, Solomon Tobi, Musa Kamara, Ifeanyi Francis and Idowu Tobi Matthew.

    The release further communicated the departure of East end Lions coach Ibrahim Sillah. And welcome the appointment of Mohammed Lamin as their new head coach with immediate effect. Lamin was a former coach of East end Tigers and Central Parade football club
